They work directly with oyster farmers to bring you fresh harvested shellfish and their pride and joy comes from sharing their love for oysters with people like you and me. You can find Aluxa managing the Traveling Oyster Bar and at events throughout the North Bay. Jazmine can be found holding down their restaurant and Oyster bar, The Shuckery, in Petaluma.
